The company is primarily engaged in animal production and aquaculture. It was incorporated in January of 1986. The company has a registered office located in Alcantarilla in Murcia, Spain. The company raises and fattens animals for the sale of animals and animal products, and/or raises aquatic plants and animals in controlled and selected aquatic environments for the sale of aquatic plants, animals and their products. It operates ranches, farms and feedlots involved in keeping, grazing, breeding and feeding animals. These animals are kept for the products they produce or for eventual sale. The animals are generally raised in various environments, from total confinement or captivity to feeding on an open range pasture.
